Say It With Collage: Compositions in Paper

Join Karla Prickett in Artists Studio as she challenges participants to create visual narratives in paper collage. Learn about the types of collage and the materials and techniques used in composing with collage. Lesson inspiration: works by Romare Bearden, Evita Tezeno, Mark Wagner, Derek Gores, Robert Rauschenberg, and Fred Tomaselli. Cost includes basic supplies.
Participants are invited to bring interesting materials such as colored, hand painted, printed and textured papers, repurposed and recycled papers, or items suitable for affixing to paper or card stock. If you have favorite scissors, bring them along!
