Second Sunday with Mrs. Cabrera| Paper Flowers

Sunday, Oct. 13, 2-4pm

Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is a holiday celebrated in Mexico and throughout the world on November 1 and 2.

It’s a celebration of life that honors friends and family who have passed away. Colorful altars are erected in homes and public spaces and usually include hand-cut paper flowers. The flowers are said to represent the fragility of life.

Join us at the Art Center and learn to make paper flowers.

Second Sunday is always FREE and open to anyone!
