Fundraisers
The Art Center hosts a variety of unique events, all designed to raise funds for organization programming and for the community to have fun while giving. The annual fall fundraiser, Grape Expectations, provides fun, food, and music for Art Center party-goers while raising funds for the education and exhibition programs. Spring welcomes the Nonevent, designed to encourage patrons to sit back, relax, and support the Art Center by sending in donations toward the organization.

Salina Art Center Endowment Fund
The Salina Art Center Endowment Fund was established in 1989 for the purpose of creating a fund that is available to assist the Salina Art Center in satisfying, expanding, and modifying its community goals and its mission to create exchanges among art, artists, and audiences that reveal life, as the times and interests dictate, by providing contributions to Art Center budget needs upon request.

Gifts and donations to the Salina Art Center Endowment Fund can be restricted or unrestricted, but are used exclusively for the benefit of the Salina Art Center and its community-based exhibitions, films, educational, and artist initiative programs and to achieve the ever-expanding goals of its strategic plan.

The Salina Art Center is not a static organization. It moves with society and society’s interests, without losing sight of its Mission; and its needs adjust accordingly. Support for the activities of the Salina Art Center comes primarily from generous members of the Salina and Saline County Community.

The success of the Salina Art Center, along with its accessibility to community members, is the primary and most important focus of the Salina Art Center Endowment Fund. The members of the Board of Trustees of the Salina Art Center Endowment Fund need the help of gifts and donations in order to increase and extend the funding that it is able to provide for community benefit through the many activities of the Salina Art Center. If, however, your support of the Salina Art Center Endowment Fund would negatively affect your support of the Salina Art Center, the Trustees would encourage you to continue your support of the Salina Art Center.
