Film Discussion: LIVING IN EMERGENCY
with Dr. Charles Livingston

In conjunction with the film Living in Emergency: Stories of Doctors Without Borders, showing at the Art Center Cinema August 27 through September 2, the Art Center will host a film discussion facilitated by Dr. Charles Livingston. Join us for an open dialogue about the important issues raised in this film.
Since retiring as a physician in Salina, Dr. Livingston has volunteered as a surgeon seven times to lesser-developed and/or war-ravaged countries. He has provided his medical services through several organizations including Doctors Without Borders, an international medical humanitarian organization that provides aid to people in nearly 60 countries.
